One More Death Of Hunger Is Just Too Much...
In attempting to meet the continued food appeal drive to minimize hunger and starvation especially to our mostly deprived people in the Ebola epidemic areas, The Kandeh Kolleh Yumkella Movement has broaden its outreach and philanthropic activities around the country by ensuring that every District this time around benefits from its modest distribution.
Kandeh Kolleh Yumkella has always espoused and encourage the need to meet national crisis collectively as patriotic citizens. Paraphrasing his passionate appeal couple months ago, KKY said "We all have different ways of contributing and every small effort helps. Some will contribute cash, others food and equipment and yet others will offer prayers. All these efforts when put together demonstrate our common bond as God's children, ready to comfort and console our brethren at their time of need."
Starting last week, the movement embraced the appeal of this proud son of the soil (KKY) and responded to the needs of our people in the Ebola region by distributing about 1,270 bags of rice across the country including local SLPP offices. Distribution is still in progress and hope to be completed soon.

As we continue to look for ways and opportunity to address and fight against this epidemic, this movement expresses it's appreciation to all partners that has contributed in diverse ways to help bring some relief to our people. This is a struggle we shall win together. LEH WE DAE GO NORMOR.
